Could We BE Any More Excited? FriendsFest Is Back This Summer

Oh. My. God. FriendsFest is pivoting its way back to London. Comedy Central's award-winning outdoor extravaganza invites you to step into the world of everyone's favourite 90s sitcom and, this year, it's coming to Clapham Common.

This hugely popular homage to Friends lands in south London on Friday 25 June for the first stop on an epic UK tour. It's your chance to snap a selfie in Central Perk, hang out in Monica's iconic purple apartment and recreate the show's famous fountain-side title sequence — as well as getting your hands on some highly coveted merch (which you can actually pre-order with your ticket if you're extra-determined to get your hands on your very own Hugsy the Penguin).

You can expect all of FriendsFest's most popular attractions — including the sets of the gang's West Village apartments, original memorabilia, and a floating heads photo-op inspired by Season 10's classic Thanksgiving episode — in addition to some exciting new experiences.

One central perk (geddit) that's new for 2021 is the chance to bring Joey's "Could I BE wearing any more clothes" moment to life on camera. There's also a brand new green screen GIF booth where you can create your very own Friends-themed GIFs, including your take on the iconic turkey head dance and 'The Routine' — the Geller siblings' infamous New Year's Eve dance.

All of this takes place on Clapham Common, where you'll also find tons of themed food and drink. Tuck into Phoebe's vegetarian Buffay or treat yourself to the Joey Special — two pizzas — before tearing into a Mama's Little Bakery cheesecake for dessert.

While you refuel, you can relive classic Friends moments on a giant screen, plus partake in an interactive Friends quiz (the perfect excuse for binging the entire series yet again before your visit).

FriendsFest takes over Clapham Common from 25 June to 11 July, after which point it'll move on to Bristol and Manchester, before a final stop in Milton Keynes this August.

Previous Friendfests have sold out fast, so if you want to spend the day in the world of Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross, you'll have to be quick about it. With up to eighteen different photo opportunities, tons of original props, and the sets you know and love, this is the ultimate day out for Friends fanatics.

FriendsFest, 25 June-11 July on Clapham Common. Tickets start at £26.50 plus booking fee and can be bought here.
