The UK's Biggest Beer Festival Is Coming To London

However eclectic your local boozer's become of late, its selection will ale in comparison to that of the Great British Beer Festival.

There are over 900 beers, ciders and perries to drool over at this annual beery blowout, held at Olympia from 9-13 August.

A who's who of the world's best breweries invites you to imbibe your way through an alphabet of brews — from London and UK stalwarts, through to uber rare cask beers from the States and Italy.

You can also expect: gallons of cider and perry for the apple curious; tutored tastings; live music; sack loads of pork scratchings; pub games; beer guru book signings; the sexy sweep of Olympia's roof.

Last year we ended up buying a vintage ash tray. In short: anything can happen.

The Great British Beer Festival 2016 is on at Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, Kensington, W14 8UX from 9-13 August (although 9 August is trade only). Tickets £11 (£9 for CAMRA members).
