The UK's First Halal Food Festival Is Happening In London This Summer

The London Halal Food Festival — the only food festival of its kind in the UK — is coming to east London this August.

It's a date. No, really - these are choc covered dates from The Datery.

The aim of the Tobacco Dock festival is to celebrate halal food globally, showcasing the world’s most delicious halal dishes from savoury dishes to desserts and mocktails.

Exhibitors will include Southern BBQ restaurant Meat & Shake, Haji Baba Halal Meats, Anisa & Chocolate and The Datery.

As well as lots of food to try, there will be live cookery demonstrations from celebrity chefs, live entertainment, and a kids’ zone.

The Halal Food Festival will take place from 20-21 August at Tobacco Dock, Wapping.
