Meet The Man Behind The Waterloo Bridge Book Market

Thousands of Londoners and tourists walk past the book stall underneath Waterloo Bridge on South Bank everyday, but how many think about the guy who runs it?

In this short film, the 1000 Londoners project talks to Gareth, who tells of the effect Amazon and co are having on his trade, and his fears that secondhand book markets are dying out.

"Hopefully that day will never come because I do like it down here."

So do we, Gareth, so do we.
