We're always impressed by the quality of annual photography exhibitions in London. We love the Wildlife Photographer of the Year and Press Photo of the Year exhibitions and now comes the Atkins CIWEM Environmental Photographer of the Year.

The prize has been set up to find the very best in photography that highlights environmental and social issues. Over 10,000 images were submitted and the 111 shortlisted works will be available to see in the exhibition before a winner is announced.

The preview images we've seen look spectacular so we're looking forward to the full range going on display.

The Atkins CIWEM Enviromental Photographer of the Year exhibition 2015 will be on at The Royal Geographic Society, 1 Kensington Gore, SW7 2AR from 22 June-10 July. Admission is free and it will be open daily, 10am-5pm.
