Some people say modern art is lazy, but no one could accuse graphic designer Basile Cuvelier of that; he's clearly been working overtime using his eagle eyes to identify subtle 'artworks' hidden around London. Cuvelier scours the city for these neglected works — here a nuanced watermark caressing a concrete wall, there a beautifully-faded ghost of a shadow on an exquisitely textured bit of brick. We wonder: can there be mortar art than this?
