Wicked is on stage at Apollo Victoria Theatre

You may associate The Wizard of Oz with young Dorothy and her journey over the rainbow but that is not the whole story.

Wicked flips the coin and follows the lives of the Witches of Oz. Forced together as sorcery students, fair Glinda is acclaimed by the teachers and loved by the students but Elphaba is suspected and rejected because of her green-coloured skin. Against all odds, the pair begin to form a deep connection and their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West. But not the way you think.

After 100 international awards and over 3,000 performances, the musical keeps on casting its spell. It's a triumph of dazzling costumes, thrilling sets and ingenious storytelling, studded with memorable numbers like Popular, For Good and the show-stopper Defying Gravity.

Find out what all the fuss is about. Book a show before 25 October and you'll even see the the original West End Elphaba, Kerry Ellis, loving being green again.

Wicked is on stage at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, 17 Wilton Rd, SW1V 1LG. Top price tickets now available with no booking fee. Other tickets from £19.
