Latest news: the 72 hour tube strike, due to start at 9pm tonight, has been suspended.
The two sides have agreed that the station-by-station review will continue (this current round of strikes was sparked by London Underground declaring that in spite of such a review, all ticket offices would close anyway), and the unions will be invited to take part in that review. The outcomes will be discussed at a meeting chaired by ACAS. LU has also agreed to discuss an RMT concern that if any employee doesn't leave under voluntary redundancy, they won't be forced to take a role that involves a salary cut.
