Santa’s Lap: Tube Play Tent

Every day until Christmas we will be pointing you in the direction of a London-inspired Christmas present that (with a bit of luck) you won’t already have on your list. Climb up onto our collective lap and we’ll see what we can move from our sack to your stockings…

So far all the gifts we’ve suggested have been for adults. But what about indoctrinating the younger generation into London obsessiveness giving the moppets something to do on Christmas Day? This play tent is in the shape of a tube train (possibly Northern Line which, given the station is Waterloo, gets it extra nerd points for accuracy) and ticket office – now an endangered species, of course.

It’s made by The Monster Factory under licence from London Underground, is suitable for ages 3 and up and is waterproof and UV protected for summer. The price is £39.99 and p&p will be no more than a fiver for UK orders.
