Ticket Alert: Free Urban Block Party @ Old Vic Tunnels

The Old Vic Tunnels host a free urban block party featuring live performances from Wiley and Londonist 'Ones to Watch' Clement Marfo and The Frontline, cumulating in a MC battle rap on Sunday 29 April.

Spray can artists Neas and Vibes will be showcasing their graffiti skills, while the Converse UK skate team perform demos of triple kick flips, nose blunt slides and lots of others tricks you may only have heard of from playing Tony Hawks 2 on the Xbox.

It’s the first time the block party has come to London — following similar events in Glasgow, Manchester and across the Americas — and the choice of venue — next to Waterloo’s legendary graffiti tunnels — couldn’t be better.

Tickets are free from www.converseblockparty.com and the great news is it's 16 plus, so none of those archaic adults-only restrictions.

London Block Party is on Sunday 29 April from 2-9pm, Old Vic Tunnels, Station Approach Rd, SE1 7NN. Tickets are free from www.converseblockparty.com.
