Last Saturday's launch of Hackney Homemade Food Market promises lots more yummy Saturdays to come.
Home made quesadillas, pickles and sauerkraut (and that's just the offering from one vendor ), boozed up hot chocolate, freshly made pasta, katsu curry, a delectable assortment of baked goods, meats, and cheeses ranging from ultra sharp to super oozy were on offer and will be again.
A full list of vendors can be viewed on the market's website. Hackney Homemade Food Market returns tomorrow from 11am to 4pm on the grounds of St John's at Hackney Church adjacent to Hackney Central.
