It's that time of year when the Metropolitan Police Authority (MPA) asks us to help them consult on London's policing priorities. They need to know what is important to you about policing.
And what a year it's been for the Met: changes at the top, cuts, phone hacking, protests, riots...
Last year road and traffic related issues, anti-social behaviour and accessibility and visibility of the police emerged as top priorities. It will be interesting to see what comes up this year, given the massive boost to the 'bobbies on the beat' in London following August's unrest. You can read the results of last year's consultation in full - as a pdf - here.
Have your say. Complete a questionnaire online at www.mpa.gov.uk/publications/policingplans/haveyoursay.
The consultation closes on Friday 25 November 2011.
