Gunman Takes Hostages In West London Bank Raid

An armed raid on a bank in Ashford, on the western edge of London has reportedly ended peacefully. A man 'in his 30s' has been arrested at the local branch of Barclays after taking a number of hostages. Eleven people were released about an hour ago, some with hands tied behind their backs.
