The Fela Kuti was thumping, the Pommery flowed freely and a well heeled queue lined the street eager to be granted entry. The launch of The Anthologist, the City's new “all day bar and kitchen” drew quite the anticipant crowd this evening. Owned by the same savvy folks behind The Refinery and The Parlour, Londonist reckons that at the very least, they've got a knack for finding the right locations for serving those with a bit of disposable income. And they certainly seem to know how to throw a right fun party.
Located at 58 Gresham Street (EC2V 7B), The Anthologist offers City workers a decent range of grub and an impressive list of wine and spirits in a fancy schmancy setting. Check 'em out online at www.theanthologistbar.co.uk.
