A collaborative event developed by MA Design Studies students at Central Saint Martins along with Chef Nuno Mendes and food futurologist Dr Morgaine Gaye, Evocative Foods offers a chance to “feed your imagination” with a tasting menu of foods with natural mood enhancing properties matched with colourful cocktails as well as some art and music “to evoke a mood of vibrancy.” If this bite sized preview whets your appetite check out the Evocative Foods blog and main site for more info.
