- 6 men (well five men and a 17-year-old) appeared in court today charged with offences relating to the recruitment and training of terrorists.
- An enquiry has been launched to find out why 900 people were trapped on the Piccadilly Line for up to two and half hours on Tuesday night after a woman jumped in front of a train at Hyde Park Corner.
- Thames Water are building a huge new £1bn reservoir near Abingdon. It will supply an extra 350 million litres of water a day, but we lose 900 million a day through leaky pipes.
- City Hall is to get some clever new photovoltaic solar panels. We have no idea what that means but they are very very ‘green’.
- Portal, a Portugese restaurant in the City, has had to call in counter-intelligence specialists after they found bugging equipment in the dining room. You see, the restaurant is a favourite of Jose Mourinho.
