Every once in a while, a band or an artist comes along, which sends 'the bloggers' WILD. A couple of years ago it was Annie and now it's Lily Allen.
20 years old, from North London, and the daughter of none other than Keith Allen, Lily's summery ska sound has happily crossed over into radio airplay with Radio 1 playing her on a regular basis. Throughout May she's playing a gig each Thursday at club night Yo Yo at the Notting Hill Arts Centre, and we'd highly recommend you check her out.
In the meantime though have a watch of her video for forthcoming single LDN (gettit?) and play spot the London locations with us. We squealed with delight at the sight of Greek Street, and the best chinese restaurant Y Ming, but where else can you spot? Let us know.
