Richard won Londonist's local elections competition with his informative and eye-opening look into the make-up of Lambeth council. We still don't know who "local celeb" Shane Collins is, though.
Richard is also part of the team at electionmemory.com - a forum on the election for Lambeth residents, which will stay open so people can remember the issues, and learn a bit about London politics in the process. A novel idea indeed, and a successful one in promoting involvement in democracy.
