Marble Arch Ice Rink

Last week we looked at the opening of the Somerset House ice rink, and received a comment from James letting us know about the ‘rival’ rink in Kew.

Now we read that there’s an ice rink as close as the West End – Marble Arch On Ice is “situated at the end of London’s bustling Oxford Street” (near Marble Arch we’re guessing) and is open 10am to 9.30pm, seven days a week from 2nd December until 16th January.

    What about the broadgate circle icerink round the back of liverpool street station. It’s only about the sized of a roundabout… but hey!

    There’s also a rink at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, I believe, and of course there’s a permanent rink at Alexandra Palace. I think I’ve heard that there may be as many as eight rinks in London over this Christmas, but I can’t remember the details of all of them.
