Just spent an excelent morning listening to Quentin's trip with the Lightermen working on the Cory tugs. Can we send this to our transport minister please , or Boris J- just to let them know that 1- the boatmans licence training will never be equivlent to that of the Waterman & Lighterman's; this is clealy a highly skilled job with a 5/6 year apprentership. This program revealed yet another example of the EU chipping away at at our indrusties, our culture and, as we see in this case, common sense and safety.
