Bob Toad

Two people advertising their spectacular ignorance of what council housing is in the midst of 1100 empty council houses where 3000 people used to live. She loves the ruins and emptiness to tell stories and she likes the artists who are colonising the estate. she thinks there should be more council housing but doesn't know what it is nor who it's for. Painful to listen too it's wacky liberal ignorance. But she isn't the first to love the Heygate now that all the tenants have gone away.

What is the music at the end?
