Have You Discovered Southbank's Hidden Rooftop Garden?

This hidden rooftop oasis is home to over 200 species of British wildflower and some spectacular views over the Thames — you'd never guess it was seconds away from the bustling tourist hotspot below. You can make a real evening of it and enjoy a tipple from the accompanying bar, too. The garden is maintained by Grounded EcoTherapy, and staffed by volunteers who have experienced addiction and homelessness.

The Queen Elizabeth Hall Roof Garden is open spring and summer, 10am-10pm.
