This May Just Be The Weirdest Church Service You'll Ever Go To

London is full of wonderful oddities, but an annual gathering of clowns from around the world at a small church is Haggerston might just top the list. No, we're not pulling your leg. 2019 was the 69th Grimaldi Church Service, which saw the aisles of All Saints Church fill with clowns looking to remember Joseph Grimaldi – a man who became particularly famous during the early 19th century as London's leading clown.

Anyone can go, but you'll have to wait until 2020 for the next gathering. Plenty of time to brush up on your juggling skills, then.

Want more information on the annual Grimaldi Church Service? Of course you do. Find out more at The Clowns' Gallery website.
