Update: looks like tickets are now all snapped up for this one, although there are limited walk-ins each day.
Holy immersive pop-up, Batman!
As Batman Day (yes it's a thing) wings its way towards us this September, fans of the Caped Crusader can descend into a replica Batcave to ogle gadgets, costumes, props and vehicles from every Batman movie — spanning from 1989's Batman, to last year's The Batman. Joker, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League also feature.
Batman Unmasked is in central London from 15-17 September 2023, inviting fans of the DC Comics superhero to see Batcycles from The Dark Knight and The Batman, and props and costumes used by Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale, Ben Affleck and Robert Pattinson. In the 'Joker Zone', you can see Heath Ledger's and Joaquin Phoenix's Joker costumes. Over 100 Batman comics are on display — plus there's a shop where you can stock up on Batman merch.
Sunday 17 September is a family day, featuring face painting and themed activities.
The pop-up is technically free to visit — although you'll need to book a timed slot (booking opens 25 August), and doing this incurs a £3.50 booking fee.
Batman Unmasked, 180 Piccadilly, 15-17 September 2023, free with £3.50 admin fee per ticket
