A jolly old corner pub, overlooking Ealing Common, it's impossible to dislike the Grange.
The somewhat awkwardly-shaped interior gives the place the feel of three pubs in one. Head left in the summer for a gorgeous conservatory area, or right for the plushly furnished lounge with real fire and gothic windows.
There's more joy in the garden, playfully decorated with bunting, colourful chairs and jokey signs — perhaps a little twee for some tastes, but we rather liked it.
Those seeking room hire are spoilt for choice, with rooms upstairs, downstairs, and even in the 'garden shed'.
This is a Young's pub, stocking a good mix of house beers and wider tipples. The wine list runs to restaurant-length. We hear good things about the pub grub, though didn't have chance to partake on our visit. Mains average about £15.
