The Cambria gets its name from Cambria Road, not because it was formed in said geological epoch. Like the Cambrian, though, it does see an explosion of life, particularly at weekends, thanks to its location in something of a pub desert near Loughborough Junction.
The Cambria relaunched in early 2023 after several years of lying fallow. It's a welcome return for a pub that does everything well without necessarily standing out in any one area. It's got a small selection of mostly local beers (Brixton brews well represented). The food menu was mildly curious in doing either carnivore food or vegan food, but nothing just 'veggie'. Still, the vegan burger was among the best we've tasted on a pub lunch.

A small yard and larger conservatory can be found around the back. Various small rooms are available for event hire.
