Move over, Taylor Swift. Oasis are now flavour of the moment, and hot on the heels of the group's 2025 reunion tour news, comes that of an exhibition arriving in London later this year.
Together We'll Fly (its name taken from a lyric in Slide Away) is the largest collection of Oasis pieces ever seen in one place. It sold out when in Manchester earlier this summer, and now the show is coming to the Cumberland Hotel near London's Marble Arch for the extremely limited time of 18-20 October 2024.
For Oasis fans, it's quite the treasure trove: including 10 guitars previously owned and played by Noel Gallagher, signed Man City t shirts, vintage tickets and backstage passes, platinum records and promotional merch for various singles and albums.
There will also be four Q&A sessions, with people including Brian Cannon (whose company Microdots created the cover for Oasis' debut Definitely Maybe, as well as the iconic black and white Oasis logo), Tim Abbott (former managing director of the band's first label, Creation), and Nick Brine, who recorded the band at Rockfield Studios in Wales.
Though it's presumably going to be cheaper than seeing Noel and Liam play next year, Together We'll Fly is not exactly cheap; the thriftiest tickets come are £45, although it is in aid of a good cause — raising funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.
