This is a sponsored article on behalf of Audrey's.

After an informal spot to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner that's chock-full of character? Appreciate sustainably-sourced British produce? Like to people-watch over a cocktail?

Allow us to introduce you to Audrey's: a bustling, new(ish) all-day dining destination in London Bridge that mixes retro charm with a modern bistro sensibility. It's a friendly, local-feeling cafe-bar with an amazing £5 cocktail offer, to boot!

Nestled on its own little island — just off Flat Iron Square — and flanked by two majestic London plane trees, Audrey's is difficult to miss. The building itself is a real beauty: a quirky Victorian conversion in millennial pink with a candy stripe awning and a lush fairy-lit terrace.

Inside, it's bright, bustling and sprinkled with tasteful references to traditional cafe/diner culture — think checkerboard floors, tiled walls, and formica-esque table tops. Both indoor and outdoor dining is available, so you can soak up the autumn sun while it's there, then retreat into the warmth as it gets more wintery.

Now, onto the important bit: the food. Audrey's new all-day dining menu is chock-full of wholesome and hearty winter warmers. We're talking fish pie, smoked cheddar souffle, and shoulder of lamb hot pot, to name but a few. Each dish is brought to life using the best British ingredients, with a focus on organic and sustainably-sourced produce.

To drink, there's a range of modern wines from independent, biodynamic and organic producers to choose from. Or you can plump for a cocktail — autumnal options include the Toasted Cinnamon & Apple Martini and the Buttery Old Fashioned.

Speaking of cocktails, you need to know about Audrey's fabulous 5 At 5 offer. Every day from 5pm to 7pm, you can choose between five cocktails and five nibbles at just £5 apiece. Current cocktails on offer include the Cointreau Fizz and the Fig Infused Negroni, while £5 bites include chicken liver parfait and feta-whipped olives.

How's that for a brilliant value aperitivo hour? It's another reason why Audrey's is a great shout for pre-theatre dining — located as it is just minutes from Shakespeare's Globe/Sam Wanamaker Playhouse and within walking distance of The Old Vic, the National Theatre, and the Southbank Centre.

Hungry for more? Come back for breakfast the next day! Audrey's serves theirs from 8am all the way to 3pm, so it's as perfect for those grabbing a quick bite en route to work, as it is for late risers looking to recover from the night before.

The cafe-bar does a mean full English, plus other breakfast classics like omelettes, poached eggs, and avocado toast — which you can wash down with smoothies, Allpress coffee, or even a breakfast cocktail if you're up for a more of a boozy brunch. We'll have the breakfast martini with marmalade gin, please!

Find Audrey's at 1 Flat Iron Square, Union Street (London Bridge). Open 8am-11pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 8am-3pm on Tuesdays. Book a table today.
