Shuang Shuang is London's first specialised hot pot restaurant. You choose your broth, pick your ingredients (the prawn balls are something else) and cook them yourself at the table.
It's loads of fun, not to mention quite messy. We sent along Helen, our food & drink editor, to sample the delights of hot pot. She wore a white t-shirt.
