Lean dough, long fermentation and a generous hand with their top quality toppings all set these guys apart from the pizza crowd. Their Pop Brixton stand — and a healthy helping of sobrasada — got us hooked. Now they've opened their first permanent site in Peckham, with a new sideline in gelato shakes and, apparently, dutty riddims.
