With more than a dozen restaurants across the capital — including in Soho, Covent Garden, Baker Street and Clink Street — your nearest refreshing Spritz isn't too far away, whether you're looking for somewhere to catch up with friends and family, a little pick-me-up after a day of shopping or sightseeing, or after work bevvies.
That menu includes Elderflower & White Grape Spritz (£8), Red Berry Spritz (£8.95), Lemon Drizzle G&T (£8.75) and Italian Blood Orange Spritz (£8.95). Bill's has also whipped up a selection of sharing starters, available over the summer months, offering the perfect excuse to get family and friends together and tuck in.
They include a Roasted Flatbread served with chilli and garlic or garlic and herb (£3.95); Crispy Calamari (£7.25 small/£9.95 large) served with warm pour-over tomato sauce or with roast garlic and basil aioli; Tuna, Avocado and Tomato Tacos with seared raw tuna, topped with coriander, toasted sesame and crème fraiche in crunchy blue corn tortillas (£7.95); and the Burrata, red pepper & basil complete with whole creamy burrata cheese, chargrilled red pepper, white truffle oil and baby basil (£7.95).
Did someone say 'aperitivo hour'? Visit Bill's anytime after 5pm Monday-Friday, and those Fever-Tree Spritzes are two for £12... it would be rude not to, really. And if your gang is more into brunch, book in for Saturday or Sunday, and enjoy two Fever-Tree Spritzes for £12 when you order any brunch dish.
On top of that, Fever-Tree’s Spritz Truck is doing the rounds, spreading that summer feeling across the capital for #FeverTreeFriday.
