Borough Market has extended its food delivery service to anyone within the M25.
The historic market originally launched its online food delivery service in November 2019, for anyone within a 2.5 mile radius, by zero-emission electric bike.
Seeing as the newly announced service includes areas as far out as Theydon Bois, further reaching deliveries will be done by van instead — hybrid where possible.

Good you can purchase online include fresh fruit, artisan cheese, fudge, pies, wine, quality meat and fresh baked bread. Everything you need for a lock in, basically.
The market remains open for shoppers to to buy food as long as they are practicing proper social distancing. Alternatively there is a click and collect option.
Finally, Borough Market is launching a series of cook alongs on its new community Facebook group, to try and help inspire those stuck at home.
Note: the Borough Market Online site is struggling to cope with demand and may initially say it won't deliver to your postcode, even if you're within the M25. Check back in a couple of hours, and it should be back up and running.
