Three people were rushed to hospital last night, after a driver crashed into Blackheath Tea Hut.
The beloved tea hut is open 24/7 and is a popular late-night haunt for locals, bikers and emergency service workers. Its owner said on social media that the damage to the hut is so severe that the entire structure had to be torn down overnight.

However, this does not mark the end for the hut. There are plans to start rebuilding it as soon as possible, and someone has set up a crowdfunding page where people can donate with that goal in mind. The money will also go towards helping those injured in the crash.
