But even when it is, not every pub you visit is going to be basking in the rays all the time.
Cue SunSeekr, this super-handy Sunny Pubs Around You site — featuring an interactive map, where you can locate a pub or cafe in London (or for that matter, anywhere), then toggle the time to ensure that when you plan to be there, the rays will be beating down on your boozer of choice.
Says the map's creator Mo Dawod, who is also an architect: "What started as a playful tool to help me — and others — enjoy our coffee in the sun has turned into something that’s helping thousands explore their cities differently. I'm excited to keep building it into something even more useful."
Now all we need is an add-on which shows which of these pubs have gardens, and a real-time update of how many spare seats there are outside.
