In all, there are 40+ rum exhibitors — also joined by rum experts, industry bodies and personalities. Every one of them is on hand to give you insight into how and why the popularity of rum has EXPLODED over the past few years (as well as the opportunity to sample their wares, of course).
And as for those tastings. WELL. There are endless opportunities to discover your new favourite rums neat or on ice. You can also get your chops around vibrant cocktails mixed by Georgi and Sly themselves (and if you've been to Trailer Happiness/Laki Kane you'll know these folks are a dab hand at mixing up some liquid loveliness.) Steal the recipes, buy a few bottles, and become an expert mixologist in your own home this summer.
