It's the plant-based party of the year.
A year ago this month, Tendril threw open the doors to its first official restaurant — after several years of sold-out residencies, beloved lockdown-brightening delivery services and pop-ups spreading the (mostly) vegan word.
And they're celebrating the anniversary with a pair of back-to-back, probably-going-to-sell-out-hard events, a collaboration between Tendril's Rishim Sachdeva and Sam Jones, aka NoMeatDisco.
Up first: On Friday 20 September comes the 7 course sit-down dinner, a one-night-only collab menu (£59) between Sachdeva and Jones — think oyster mushroom tostadas with fermented pineapple salsa and burnt Basque cheesecake with morello cherry. Reservations from 5.30-9.
Up next: On Saturday 21 September comes the party, from 7.30-midnight — tickets are £35 and include entry, all food and a welcome cocktail, with NoMeatDisco supplying the music.
