Take Home A Masterpiece From This Modern Craft And Design Fair

This is a sponsored article on behalf of Collect.

Collect — the art fair dedicated to modern craft and design — is back in town for its 15th year, giving you the chance to peruse and muse over works from established art figures, and rising stars.

Maybe you'll even take one of their masterpieces home.

Explore 45 UK and international galleries, each curating its own displays, and selling high-quality artworks created in the last five years. From the shaped stonework of Matthew Chambers represented by Cavaliero Finn, to the delicate organic willow pieces of Laura Ellen Bacon brought by Jaggedart, to the contemporary Korean art jewellery of Jae-wook Choi of Wannmul, to Mario Dilitz’s sculpture represented by Sladmore Contemporary – Collect is a visual feast for collectors and the artistically-inclined.

Collect Open — a platform for 15 individual artists to show ambitious and conceptual craft-led installations — also returns this year.

With all this going on, you're bound to fall in love with something.

As well as eyeing up the plethora of craft and design pieces, tune your ears into dynamic talks from industry experts. Yinka Shonibare CBE and 2018 LOEWE Craft Prize winner Jennifer Lee are among the speakers. Even if you don't come home with an artwork tucked under your arm, you'll come away with some valuable art nous.

And with the most galleries in the history of Collect participating in 2019, this really is the year to visit.

Collect is at Saatchi Gallery, Chelsea, 28 February-3 March 2019. Tickets from £22 (£16.50 concessions).
