The popularity of vegan beer in London is ballooning, and now the city's got its own vegan beer festival.
London Vegan Beer Fest, which takes place in July at The Old Ship W6 in Hammersmith, will feature dozens of vegan beers, stalls serving vegan food in a park adjacent to the pub, and great views of the Thames for good measure.
This is the fourth annual Vegan Beer Fest, but organiser, Sean O'Callaghan, who blogs as Fat Gay Vegan, has promised this will be a bigger affair than the others, with food laid on by Follow Your Heart — purveyors of vegan cheese and mayo — and more finings-free beer than ever.
London Vegan Beer Fest takes place on 16 July at The Old Ship W6, 25 Upper Mall, W6 9TD Tickets start from £5 (+booking fee).
