TOFFEE APPLES:
You won't believe how good a Granny Smith apple can taste. In this class, you will coat the apples in salted caramel, dip them in chocolate, coat them in popcorn or even dunk them into something boozy like Baileys white chocolate. Celebrate Shrove Tuesday Nordic style at the home of Martina and Magdalena. These ladies draw on their Polish and Norwegian-Italian roots to come up with their own unique cuisine.
