A few weeks back we set you the challenge of who could find London's busiest Boris bike.
Frankly, we weren't sure it would be possible — but sharp-eyed Ben Jewkes clocked it, and took a selfie with the trusty steed, serial number 16191.
@Londonist I have found the busiest Boris! Currently docked at Bermondsey Long Lane #16191 #foundit #Boris pic.twitter.com/KOcuHCQ5RH

When we set the challenge, London's busiest hire bike had been on 4,280 journeys. To mark the five years since the introduction of the cycle hire scheme, TfL is letting people access the bikes for free on the weekend of 22-23 August (meaning it won't charge the £2 access fee. Provided you keep your hire periods below 30 minutes, the bikes will be free to use). That means hard-working number 16191 will likely be clocking up some more miles.
