Best Gigs In London This Week: 3-9 November 2014

Tom Du Croz from LondonGigGuide selects five small/medium gigs around town this week.

Monday 3 November

Kill It Kid, Oslo, Hackney

A British rock band who've just come back from a killer tour of Europe, perform tonight in Hackney. This track is from their first album You Owe Nothing. @killitkid, @OsloHackney

Tuesday 4 November

New Street Adventure, 100 Club, Oxford Street

This week's Shameless Favourite — London based quintet New Street Adventure launch their highly anticipated debut album No Hard Feelings. @NewStAdventure, @100clubLondon

Thursday 6 November

Joe Innes and The Cavalcade & Hattie Whitehead, Bedroom Bar, Shoreditch

Both of these acts have been guests on the LondonGigGuide show and so we have seen their stunning talents with our own eyes. Joe Innes and The Cavalcade are a huge favourite of our host Tom. It's easy to get lost in the beautifully mad world of Joe's mind. Hattie Whitehead: a wonderfully natural performer. She seems totally at home on stage as she sings of love and life. @joeinnes, @HattieWMusic, @Bedroom_Bar

Friday 7 November

Gentleman Tim & The Contenders, Ain't Nothing' But, Oxford Circus

True devotees of the West Coast Swing & Chicago style Blues. This high energy outfit delivers all the time with the combination of powerful harp and vocals, classy guitar licks and a slick rhythm section that are guaranteed to kick up a storm. See them live tonight.

Saturday 8 November

Whisky Stain, The Finsbury, Manor House

Whiskey Stain are a two-piece Rock band from London and Nottingham formed in 2011. The duo are known predominantly for their huge sound on stage and catchy vocal melodies. See them live at The Finsbury. @WhiskyStain, @TheFinPub
