It's nearly the final month of Pop Up Screens' tour of London, but Halloween is just around the corner and the outdoor cinema company has some tricks up its sleeve.
Notting Hill's 20th Century Theatre will be transformed for a spooky season of classic horror films, from Pet Sematary to Poltergeist. There will also be treats to go with the tricks in the form of hot chocolate and popcorn.
The event runs from 30 October to 2 November and tickets priced at £20 each are available in advance on Pop Up Screens' website. Films on the schedule include Friday 13th, Ghostbusters, Nightmare on Elm Street and Candyman. Make sure you bring your own cushion to hide behind.
If you want to make the most of the last few weeks of summer, The Notebook, Fight Club, Top Gun, Goonies and The Devil Wears Prada are still showing at Hammersmith, Greenwich, Fulham and Lewisham. We also recommend taking an umbrella.
