Welcome, fellow cocktail drinkers. Here's what we've been mostly drinking this month. Mostly.

Available at: The Artesian, Langham Hotel
Created by: Alex Kratena and Simone Caporale
Costs: £16.50

A huge buzz surrounds the new menu at the venue known as The best cocktail bar in the world, and with damn good reason. It's groundbreaking in terms of both presentation and flavour. They’re all noteworthy concoctions, but for starters, we’d recommend the Camouflage — a refreshing and seemingly endless long drink with lashings of Tanqueray No 10, with a savoury edge of carrot and kombucha (seaweed) on crushed ice and served in a huge (and heavy) golden pineapple. Definitely an eye-catcher. Like everything else they serve.

Maze Martini

Available at: Maze - Gordon Ramsey
Created by: Kevin Knee
Costs: £15

Yuzu is becoming kind of a big deal — from citrus mayonnaise in restaurants to soft drinks — we can’t get enough of this Asian super fruit. Enter the Maze Martini, introduced as part of the venue's food and drink pairing menu. Every single fruit mixer is freshly hand squeezed so guaranteed to be top notch. However, we’re totally in love with this number, which is light and zingy but not too overpowering. Oh and it comes with a decent sized meringue garnish.

The Bee Keeper

Available at: The Gilbert Scott
Created by: In house
Costs: £11 (£1 donated to the Honey Club)

Help the bees, by doing nothing more than drinking booze. Booze with honey. The Honey Club has partnered with bars all over the capital to bring us naturally sweet treats and one such is the aptly named ‘bee keeper’, a sparkling wine cocktail with floral flavours from the English countryside (believed to be that area outside the M25...we’ve seen the pictures) including lavender, elderflower and hibiscus. To find out more about the other cocktails on offer, check out the Honey Club website.

The White Negroni

Available at: Chelsea Prayer Room at Goat, Chelsea
Created by: Steve Manktelow
Costs: £10

So, the Negroni. Yeah, just checked — still overwhelmingly popular and London’s summer elixir of choice, so move over summer cup (sorry). There’s all manner of twisted ‘tails of this classic out there — from chocolate to carbonated. Our pick this month is a white version of this famously orange drink, featuring smooth, glacier water blended gin, with grapefruit bitters and Cocchi Americano creating the distinctive and familiar bitter edge in the absence of Campari.

The Grace Kelly Martini

Available at: The Arch London
Created by: Edina Sipocz
Costs: £12

As evinced by our love of the aforementioned Negroni — we kind of have a thing for the classics right now. And why not? For more retro love, head to the Arch where they have a whole selection inspired by the most famous recipes of the 1950s and, as much as we love a good martini, this one significantly ups the glamor factor with blackberries, lychee, lime and of course, gin. Vodka drinkers — you’re doing it wrong.
