Sunday would be a good day to take the little ones in your life for a cycle or stroll along the Greenway, and get involved in the family fun day at ViewTube.
Growing Links has a green theme, so children can learn how to sow a seed pot and help build a bug hotel. Artists from the Sparked programme will be around for creative activities, and you can find out about their rather amazing History Trees.
There will be face-painting, natch, and the kids can play games and go on the bouncy castle while the grown-ups chill at the cafe or refuel at the BBQ.
