Soho champagne hang-out Archer Street is getting a polo-lounge makeover for summer. The downstairs bar of this sprawling two-floor booze house will, from tonight, be transformed into Chukka, where there’ll be thematic items aplenty: mallets, horseshoes, astro-turf and smartly kitted out staff.
DJs will play into the night and house cocktails include the ‘Hooves on Fire’, a chilli Jose Cuervo Tradicional tequila and Limoncello concoction. Meanwhile, the Meyrick’s Fizz Punch sounds quite decadent — a vodka rose sharing cocktail topped with bubbles. You could even have one to yourself if you’re so inclined. We won’t judge you. Honest.
