After a quiet start to the year, gig announcements for 2013 are warming up. Here are our pick of tickets on sale this week — all should be available from around 9am Friday.
The Black Crowes have sold over 30 million albums and toured with Bob Dylan and The Rolling Stones, so they shouldn't have any trouble filling The Forum in Kentish Town on 30 March. Tickets £37.50 + bf.
Willy Moon's music has already featured on an Apple advert, putting him in the same bracket as artists like Coldplay and, er, The Fratellis. He's signed to Jack White's label, and plays the Electric Ballroom on 8 May. Tickets £11 + bf.
Beards, beards and more beards. What more is there to say? See ZZ Top at Hammersmith Apollo on 24 June. Tickets £45 + bf.
We can't help thinking Chvrches (pictured) chose their name simply to make sure they come top of Google's search results. The three-piece electropop act also came fifth in the BBC's Sound Of 2013, and they'll play the ICA on 27 February. Tickets £12 + bf.
Also with an interesting name, Exclamation Pony is the side project of Ryan Jarman from The Cribs. Expect shouty fun with unexpected subtleties at Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen on 19 February. Tickets £10.60 + bf.
