Some aerial photographs, courtesy of Network Rail, showing the progress on the stations being upgraded for the Thameslink programme: Farringdon, Blackfriars and London Bridge.

Earlier this year Blackfriars opened two new ticket halls on either side of the river, and the station should be fully operational later in 2012. Farringdon already has a new ticket hall, and work is now underway on the new Crossrail connection that will transform the station into one of the best-connected in the capital.
