The revised plans for Blackfriars Bridge did not go down well at the London Cycling Campaign.
Overnight they organised a protest cycle through the power of social networking, mustering around 300 people on bikes during rush hour this morning to ride across Blackfriars Bridge. The message - in the words of ibikelondon - to "demand that TfL and the Mayor start creating truly safe and comfortable conditions for cyclists; the majority road user on this bridge at peak times."
