With just a year to go until the Olympic Flame arrives in the UK from Greece, the first 74 locations on the 70 day Olympic Torch Relay route are announced and the search for 8,000 'inspirational' torchbearers begins.
The route begins in Lands End and darts all over the country, winding up in London thusly:

Bexley 22 July
Wandsworth 23 July
Ealing 24 July
Haringey 25 July
Westminster 26 July
Olympic Stadium 27 July
You can nominate people as torchbearers from 11am today.
