The Tube: A Guide To Easter Weekend Travel

While many of us will be off work enjoying the sunshine for the next four days, TfL will be hard at work fixing and mending bits of the Tube network, which means that many lines will have disruptions.

Here’s a quick guide to your travel options over the Easter break:

Friday
Bakerloo line: no service between Paddington and Harrow & Wealdstone.
Circle line: no service between Hammersmith and Moorgate.
Hammersmith & City line: no service between King's Cross St Pancras and Barking.
Waterloo & City line: closed
DLR: no service between Canning Town and Beckton

Saturday
Bakerloo line: no service between Paddington and Harrow & Wealdstone.
Circle line: no service between Hammersmith and Moorgate.
Hammersmith & City line: no service between King's Cross St Pancras and Barking.
Waterloo & City line: closed
DLR: no service between Canning Town and Beckton
Jubilee line: no service between Stanmore and West Hampstead.
Metropolitan line: no service between Baker Street and Aldgate. Trains will also call at Willesden Green.
Overground: no service between Queen's Park and Watford Junction on the Euston to Watford Junction line.
Overground: no service between Highbury & Islington and Stratford on the Richmond to Stratford line.

Sunday
Bakerloo line: no service between Paddington and Harrow & Wealdstone.
Circle line: no service between Hammersmith and Moorgate.
Hammersmith & City line: no service between King's Cross St Pancras and Barking.
Waterloo & City line: closed
DLR: no service between Canning Town and Beckton
Jubilee line: no service between Stanmore and West Hampstead.
Metropolitan line: no service between Baker Street and Aldgate. Trains will also call at Willesden Green.
Overground: no service between Queen's Park and Watford Junction on the Euston to Watford Junction line.
Overground: no service between Shepherd's Bush and Willesden Junction on the Clapham Junction to Willesden Junction line.
Overground: no service between Richmond and Stratford on the Richmond to Stratford line.

Monday
Bakerloo line: no service between Paddington and Harrow & Wealdstone.
Circle line: no service between Hammersmith and Moorgate.
Hammersmith & City line: no service between King's Cross St Pancras and Barking.
Waterloo & City line: closed
DLR: no service between Canning Town and Beckton

Keep an eye on TfL's real time travel updates for any last minute changes.

There are also engineering works planned this weekend for Chiltern Railways, First Capital Connect, Heathrow Express, National Express East Anglia and Stansted Express. c2c, First Great Western and South West Trains are offering a reduced service. Make sure you check the relevant website for details on bus replacement services before you set off.

Londonist will also be offering a reduced service this weekend, but we expect to be back to normal on Tuesday. Have a great long weekend!
